Actor Charles J. Ouda Passes Away At The Age Of 38.

The film and entertainment world are mourning the loss of actor Charles ‘Charlie’ J. Ouda, famously known for his roles in ‘Makutano Junction,’ ‘The First Grader,’ and ‘The Second Family.’

Charlie, aged 38, passed away on the night of February 3, 2024, according to a statement released by his family.

Charlie proposed to former BBC journalist Ciru Muriuki back in September 2023. The two love birds started a new podcast dubbed “The Undiscovered Podcast”

The family expressed deep sorrow in their official statement, describing Charlie as a beloved son, brother, and friend. They are appealing for privacy and understanding during this challenging period.

“It is with deep sorrow that the family of Charles ‘Charlie’ J. Ouda and Ciru Muriuki inform you of his passing on the night of 3rd February 2024. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend. Charlie was 38 years old,” the statement read.

While minimal details surrounding the circumstances of Charlie’s passing were shared, the family assured that more information would be shared in due course.

The statement concluded with a plea for respecting the privacy of those involved, emphasizing the need to provide space for Ciru and the Ouda family to navigate the grieving process.
