Kim Kardashian is single, again.

According to a report published on Tmz yesterday (March 2 2022), Kim has purportedly won her divorce case after a judge granted her request to dissolve her marriage to Kanye West.

Kim appeared in court via video link from the privacy of her closet while Kanye was noticeably absent during the court hearing.

Kim, who shares 4 children with Kanye, told the judge that there were problems in the marriage and that their relationship could not be saved with counselling.

Kim has been requesting to be legally single since December, urging her intention to be divorced quickly and privately and says that Kanye’s erratic social media posts had caused “emotional distress” to her and her family.

Kanye and Kardashian, 41, married in May 2014, making them one of the most talked-about celebrity couples in Hollywood, popularly known as “Kimye.”

The marriage was the first for West and the third for Kardashian after she had brief marriages with basketball player Kris Humphries with whom they were married for 72 days back in 2013 before she filed for a divorce and music producer Damon Thomas back in 2004.

No decision about custody or assets have been reached.
