Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez announce tragic death of baby boy.

Almost six months after the legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife Georgina Rodriguez announced that they were expecting twins, yesterday(18^th April 2022) he announced that he and his long-term partner Georgina lost their baby son. The couple announced the tragic news in a statement posted on their social media accounts.

The statement read, “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away,” their joint statement read. “It is the greatest pain that any parent can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”

The couple announced the news about expecting twins in 2021 in an Instagram post.

The couple had 4 kids before the youngest twins, also the twins are not the first to join the family. Both Christiano and Georgia have a pair of twins namely Eva and Mateo.
