Beyoncé’s New album Cowboy Carter breaks Spotify and Amazon Music records.

Beyonce’s new star-studded album ‘Cowboy Carter’ has broken the record of the most streamed new album in the blast four days after being launched on Friday 29th March 2024.

Both Spotify and Amazon Music announced on social media that the recent drop of her 8th studio album has been highly successful.

In a post by Spotify online they said, “On Friday, March 29, Beyoncé’s COWBOY CARTER became Spotify’s most-streamed album in a single day in 2024 so far. This is also the first time a country album holds the title this year.”

Amazon Music posted a photo of Beyoncé’ stating that “Cowboy Carter marks Beyoncé’s biggest album debut” on the platform “with the most first-day global streams of all of her albums, and the most first-day streams for a country album by a female artist.”

“Wouldn’t expect anything less from the Queen 🐝 *tips cowboy hat* #COWBOYCARTER,” the caption read.

The new album includes a cover of Dolly Parton’s “Jolene”. It hosts a few collaborators including Parton, Willie Nelson, Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, and the first Black woman to play the Grand Ole Opry, Linda Martell.
