Lisa Marie Presley has died.

The singer/songwriter who was also the daughter of late music legend Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley was rushed to hospital on Thursday (12.01.23) after suffering a cardiac arrest but passed away later at the age of 54, leaving her family “shocked and devastated.”

In a statement issued by family said, “Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie,” the statement said.

According to a statement from her publicist, Lisa Marie Presley suffered cardiac arrest at a home near Calabasas on Thursday.

She was said to have collapsed at a home and was having trouble breathing after what is being described as a cardiac episode.

She was married to the late Michael Jackson in 1994 and divorced in 1996.

She later married Nicholas Cage in 2002 and divorced in 2004.

Her fourth and final marriage was to guitarist and producer Michael Lockwood in 2006. In 2008 Presley welcomed twin girls, Harper and Finley Lockwood, with her fellow “Storm & Grace” musician.

Lisa Marie Presley is survived by her mother and her three daughters. Her son, Benjamin, died in July 2020 at age 27.
