Big Win for Burna Boy At The 2023 BET Awards.

Burna Boy has once again won the Best International Act award at the BET Awards.

The 2023 edition of the BET Awards took place Sunday (25^th June 2023) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Although the superstar was not present at the awards, his presence was felt when he was announced as the winner of the prestigious award.

His 2022 album ‘Love, Damini’ was a worldwide success, and he already took home a BET Award in the same category in 2019 and 2021.

He beat the likes of Aya Nakamura, Ayra Starr, Central Cee, Ella Mai, K.O, L7nnon, Stormzy, Tiakola, and Uncle Waffles to win the award.

She was set up against other acts including; Asake from Nigeria, Camidoh from Ghana, Flo from the UK, Maureen from France, Pabi Cooper from South Africa, and several others.
