Man charged with grazing livestock in protected Marsabit Park.

A man has been arraigned before the Marsabit Court for allegedly grazing livestock in a legally protected area within Marsabit National Park.
According to the prosecution, the suspect, Lochuku Lesericho, was on October 3 found grazing goats at Lake Paradise, within Marsabit National Park, without permission from the relevant park authorities.
Appearing before Senior Principal Magistrate Christine Wekesa, Lesericho denied the charges. The court granted him a bond of KSh50,000 or a cash bail of KSh20,000.
The case will be mentioned again on October 14.
